Breaking news from last week, as first reported on my Facebook page; Horatio Sanz, an SNL alum, has agreed to portray Sonia Sotomayor in “Wise Latina — the Musical” after first-choice, Roseanne Barr was unavailable due to schizophrenic schedule conflicts. Al Franken will reprise his role as the Senate’s most likable, good-enough joker in a Perry Mason flashback.
Rehearsals are well underway and one insider, who wishes to remain anonymous, reports, “You should see Horatio singing and dancing in the ‘Vagrancies of the Moment‘ number. It’s off the hook. A real celebration of Sonia’s story of knowledge, and richness of her arroz con pollo . That said, we’re wrapping up the choreography for the closing number, ‘Providence of Congress’ –lots and lots of jazz hands, and everyone is drinking santeria! It will blow your mind. The show’s opening night is eminent.”
Though details are vague, I was able to obtain a copy of the playbill, posted below.

Who’s going to play Lindsay Graham?
John Malkovich said no, and my source had no further information.
Perez Hilton for Lindsay Graham. If Perez isn’t too macho. I’m from NC and can’t stand him ( or John McCain).
I told you to keep this HUSH-HUSH until we are done casting!
